Started taking when after coming back from a trip had a severe pain in my arm doctor stated it was arthitiis to take antiinflamatories a friend recommended the glocosamine and I started taking it the pain disappeares and has never come back.

I have reduced my amisulpride to 100mg a day, since yesterday, and I now take high quantities of brewers yeast tablets and B12. I feel a lot calmer, little depression, more alert and better quality sleep but only a few hours! My main worry is that I have high blood pressure, which seems to be a result of taking yeast extract with moclobemide.

I used Celexa for Anxiety. I think that it's use is indirectly used for anxiety and mostly directed to those with deep depression. I feel this is why i mainly felt tranquilized, tired nauseous, and my mind just felt cloudy. Used it for anxiety during school tests and it did not help, just lowered mental functionality and a felt very slow as to recall test material. i take it 2 twice in day one in the morning & 1 at evening. It is effective sometimes not all the time. It also removes my headache sometimes. Also use paracetemol aswell to help with the pain.
