i take 1 tablet 3 times a day with my meals. I have muscle spasms and muscle cramps due to low calcium, so i take these to help me with these problems. They really help with my spasms and dizziness, if i stop taking the supplements i feel a big difference all the symptoms come back.

I suffered from general anxiety disorder, mild OCD, and occasional depression and went on Lexapro when I was 18. After about 2 weeks I started noticing improvement and after about 6 weeks I noticed the full effects. My anxiety caused me to have a lot of problems going to sleep and after starting lexapro those issues went away and I was able to sleep much better. Okay, Day 1 was interesting. I broke in hives where I applied the testim. Note to beginners-only apply on shoulders and upper arms. I made the mistake of putting some on my collarbone and that's were it itches the most. I was using samples the doctor gave me but went to pick up the prescription from Costco. I spoke to the pharmacist and he recommended taking a benadryl when I apply the gel. It works for me since I'll be going to bed soon after. As for the side effects, I do feel a sl...
