My 15 year old son has ADHD. He has been on numerous stimulants over the years as well as Strattera. The stimulants caused decreased weight and appetitie and increased frustration. While they helped with focus, the tradeoffs were difficult. He currently is on Vyvanse 50 mg daily and began Intuniv 1mg three weeks ago and has titrated up to 3 mg. I started taking Nuvigil because of a serious sleep disorder. The first couple of days on it, I broke out in a rash on my neck and face and developed bad headaches. I also clench my teeth all day everyday. I have sinus problems as well and I am gaining weight. Its been about 45 days now and I am still having those issues but I do not have the rash.
