I never get headaches but when I take Centrum for Men I get a headache and tightness in my chest, Headache and Chest pain stop as soon as I stop taking it. Benadryl works great for me- that is, it works fast and relieves all of my allergy symptoms (which are very severe). However, it makes me extremely drowsy, so unfortunately I cannot take it if I have anything to do.
