Update: the Zyflamend is not effective enough for my rosacea which has returned somewhat despite my usage of the maximum dosage. I did get a five month break from taking the oral antibiotics which I think is a good thing and I plan to substitute Zyflamend, full dosage again in the future. In the meantime, I am continuing to take the lowest possible dosage to keep my arthritic toe and finger joints happy. I have had changes in discharge (it's usually yellowish), and each month I have a different side effect! The newest is bloating and numbness on my right side of the body (NOT a blood clot...I already got checked out). I have felt extremely nausious another month. I do have chronic migraines. maybe like 3-6 a year. I have only had 3 or 4 in the past 2 years I've been on mononessa. It is really effective. And Cheap.
