I have had imbalance for about 6 months now, the doctor referred me to a neurologist but there is a two month waiting list here, I couldn't walk without holding onto walls and furniture and very rarely could I go outside and I walk with a stick, but I also have hypermobility. The stick helps to balance me. When I take nuvigil in the morning I feel awake and focused during the day, if I don't take it I have no motivation to do anything and I just want to sleep all day. It does have days when it makes me feel euphoric and it has days when it makes me feel irritated and angry. I usually always feel jittery while taking it unfortunately.

Very effective at first. It gave me very vivid dreams, and sometimes it seemed like I was dreaming before I was actually asleep. One night, once I started feeling relaxed, I thought I was in a hallway filled with macaroni and cheese. There were times when, as I was falling asleep/just waking up, I couldn't tell if I was asleep or awake--sometimes I thought I was awake, and it turned out I was dreaming and vice versa.

I just started pristiq and have taken wellbutrin (450 mg) for a couple of years. I am taking pristiq and Wellbutrin ( 300 mg) now. Have you noticed any weight gain or sexual side effects? I have a very stressful job and have been extremely anxious and depressed. Thanks!
