For the first year that I was taking Yaz it was great - regular and much lighter periods, zero cramps, zero PMS. Found out the other day that eating alot of greens will cancel out the effects of warfarin (anything with high Vitamin K like spinach)- just thought I'd pass that along!

I should first explain that I did not take capsules. Moringa Oleifera grows here in Thailand and is used in Thai cooking. I ate the sap and had teas made of it, as other people do here. After taking for a few days, I had severe dizziness, strong stomach ache, pain on right side and an itchy rash on my chest. I notice that the symptoms I describe have already been given by other people Maybe I had too much? I will try it in small doses in future!

I have been on this for 4 weeks and I do feel a bit better finally, I am smiling and that has got to be good. I expected it to be faster and more dramatic. Have had no severe side effects however I was nauseous and had dizzy spells to start with but they have pasted . Have started to feel breathless this week and teeth clenching - not sure if that is the pristiq or just me. As i am feeling better in myself i plan on starting to exercise and see if that helps too

i switched from topamax to lamictal for prevention of migraines. i think it is a very good drug. i also have psych issues, mainly instability. Lamictal has really helped (more so than anything else).
