I began running the end of January 2010 and my knee pain became worse and I began to experience intermal swelling that was noticable on the outside. I took them for a short period this past fall. They weren't particularly effective. Not really any different from taking tylenol as far as aches went. The nasal congestion relief was minimal at best.

I was irritated with things that normally wouldn't bother me, from my boss, to the kids, to the soccer coach, then spending the rest of the time feeling awful for how I responded to them.
