When I was first prescribed Solpadol, everything was fine. It treated my headaches very effectively, there was some drowiness and confusion, but that was to be expected with a strong painkiller. As time has passed on and my health hasn't got any better I'm still taking the tablets under direction of my doctor. Now things are a little different. I was put on Lyrica for fibromyalgia. I started out on a very low dose since I don't handle meds very well. 25 mg once a day for two days, then 50 mg for two days, then 75 mg for two days, then 100 mg for two days. On the day after I took 75mg (I took the pills at night) I started bleeding! I am post menopause. Haven't had a period in over 16 months. Now I'm having a hard time. I suffer from an overactive thyroid problem and am aged 35, I never used to get any side affect from Carbimazole. After stopping taking the tablets for a few years I am back on them again. However, I cannot take them without being violently sick.

I took this medication in conjunction with the Digoxin and I feel it has made a difference in the Afib. I really like both of the medications and I would recommend them both to others who are having the same problem as me.

At first I experienced negative side effects from Vyvanse including dry mouth, diarrhea, loss of interest in social activities, irritability, sleep disruption, complete loss of appetite, and anxiety. The sleep disruption, dry mouth, and anxiety decreased with prolonged useage.
