I've been on Effexor XR for over 4 years now. I have recently added Lithium to boost the Effexor XR and it is working well. Effexor XR has got side effects like all medication but it works for me. With Lithium added I should be able to lower the dose of the Effexor. I was on 375mg a day for major depression and the headaches were too strong so I dropped back to 300mg which is better. Pristiq is a terrible drug. It made me feel like I was on an upper. I had more anxiety with it than without it. DO NOT stop this drug cold turkey. LIke with Effexor, you will have terrible discontinuation effects, including brain zaps.

Sudafed is one of the best cold medications. It's a pill instead of a liquid which is a plus, so it's easy to take. It greatly reduced my headaches, runny nose, cough, sore throat, etc. It left me feeling mildly drowsy, but it's worth it.

I've been taking this medication for almost 2 years now. It is absolutely great in controlling my acne and I haven't seen improvements like this with anything else. It is extremely effective and works almost immediately. I wouldn't know what to do without it. Apart from the dry lips and skin, and frequent thirst, the medicine does induce depression in me, to the extent of people asking if something is wrong.
