Advil relieves my pain in an hour or two . But I have not been taking it very regularly so I would not say that I have any side effects.

I've been taking Agomelatine for around 4 months now (50mg per day) in a UK based clinical trial. I had taken paroxetine for 12 months immediately prior to this so feel I can make a good comparison between the two. Firstly with Agomelatine i've not noticed any side effects whatsoever, its almost as if you arent taking medication at all, although in saying that it's not been very effective in reducing my depression and anxiety either, although it does help me sleep easier. I could not get rid of thrush, even after many doses of prescription fungal meds. The thrush is now gone. I am having consipation, but I just had surgery so I am not sure what is going on

Advil is very effective and quick. I use it for headaches often and it never fails. It also works great on toothaches and sores. I have never had any negative side effects either.
