The disk is very convient and portable which is a plus but the after taste is pretty bad. I sometimes have a cup of water a little afterwards to wash away the taste. I also experience some stomach cramps and dizziness at times, which may be due to the medicine.

I had 2 shots of depo to help with my severe PMS. Whilst I was on it, I didn't notice a huge difference but when I decided to stop taking it, I never had a period for 11 months. I put some weight on whilst having the shots but put on even more weight after coming off it, gaining 2 stone in total. I really like Cymbalta. I feel like it helps balance me, so that I don't respond based on my emotions I feel at that time, but rather I respond based on careful and clear thoughts. I still feel the emotions, but can control them so that they don't over-rule my rationality.

The first time I took it, I had no problems and, along with an anti-candida diet, my rashes cleared up.
