I was prescriped Niaspan, but since I do not have drug insurance, the cost was prohibitive. I searched the web for a lower cost niacin and decided to try the Endur-acin because it was also extended release, came in 500mg doses, the cost for 500 tablets was $42.00, and other user comments made me feel it would be just as good. I took one Zylfamend PM (only half the recommended dosage). I felt better the next day in terms of noticeably less body aches and less fatigue. I knew beforehand that ginger and turmeric are very "heating" herbs and will throw my ying/yang off balance. As expected, I had dry mouth for two nights (need to keep waking up to drink water or suck a lozenge in my mouth all night), and pimples popped out. Whenever I have a headache or fever and need immediate relief, I always take tylenol. It provides quick relief, and I can continue doing whatever I need to.

I have never had any problem achieving orgasm in my entire life and I am now 63 (female, athletic, in shape). This drug, at only 10MG/day, has left me a basket case. I cannot achieve orgasm no matter what I do and it's like walking around with a constant physical need that can't be satisfied. I even have SEX DREAMS!! This is beyond awful. I recently started Vyvanse1 tab daily 20 mg.about 1 month ago white female 37 on no current meds. other than tylenol as needed for pain here and there.Sexual desire is through the roof with my patner and the orgasms are very intense none that i have ever experienced.My anxiety level did decrease prior to the strong sexual desire.So i cannot contribute the decreased anxiety to sexual practice.
