My personal experience the w/ProAir HFA, is not a favorable one. I am 39 yrs old and have been a life-long Asthma suffferer / survisor! However, within the past few months, my Asthma has gone into what I call an 'active / non-reactive' phase. Very active on the Asthma side and non-reactive to my normal Albuterol Sulfate Inhaler or Solution for my Nebulizer. Wow, Tom, I hope I am playing basketball at 75 too. I agree though, my Dad never took anything and he looks about 60 even through he is 78. I use a lot of indian herbs like amala, awhwagandha, and Gotu Kola which seems to keep me running, but my basket ball game aint what it used to be. Nice site here. Thanks

Mirena

After having my first child I switched from the pills to mirena and for 17weeks I experienced spotting. From then on I experienced terrible acne and horrible periods. I was very dissatisfied with the Mirena. From all the other opinions I encounted I must have been the exception because I am happier with paragaurd.

Vitamin B1

Beginning in August, I started taking Super B-complex supplement which also contained Vitamin C and by october I stopped bleeding. The vitamin B helped the liver to absorb the excess estrogen in my body. I was bleeding for five months straight with pieces as large as chicken livers until trying this supplement,. I am now 51 and I have not had a period in seven months. I have no estrogen surges, no fiborcystic breasts, I feel good and just have some night sweats.
