Severe hypertension from childhood. Medicated since 1963. Anaphalactic shock due to medication in 1996 resulted in medication change to Micardis HCT. Five years ago, dosage reduced by half due to excellent control. Now 77 years old, very healthy, active, walk 4 miles per day in 70 minutes. Least amount of side effects of any medication I have taken in 47 years.

I was given Flexeril to help with my neck and facial spasms and it really helped. The first week I felt its 'buzz' but after that I just get my muscle relaxation.

I have taken prozac for nine months. I feel I got worse not better. My feeling I thought got better at first. Then I still had anger I started getting so tired and depressed more. It was horrible and I felt strange. You take a pill once a day then you fell you need a higher dose and it just gets worse with the higher doses. Then I had enough of the feeling ect.. anytime i generally get a headache I use advil, and it seems to work pretty well. No problems with any kind of sideaffect, I dont use it often just when severe headache.
