prilosec otc worked fairly well for me. i'm not having stomach pains & heartburn as i was before. the only things i really noticed are i take the pill in the morning everyday. by the time it is the next morning, i feel the pain again until i take the pill. i'm hoping after the 14 day treatment that this does not occur because i will not be able to take the pills anymore. it is my 7th day on the pill & i've expierienced a piercing, stabbing headache in the back of my head & behind... I took a max one a day multivitamin and the results seem to be working. My blood pressure seemed o have been lowered.my last bp reading was 130/73 and i was feeling a bit off.i am now feeling real good but i need to ensure that the bp s not too low.will check on that soon.

Zyflemend really helped with my inflammation. But I had to stop using it because I began to have heart palpitaions, and my heart pounded so. It got so bad that I thought I was having a heart attack. I stopped and started back using it several times to be sure that the zyflemend is what was causing this to happen. And everytime I stopped using it for a few days, the palpitations and pounding would go away.
