It gives me terrible cramps starting in my side and running all the way up my side and through my arms. I am unable to take it and had to switch to a different medicine because the side effects were too bad.

Today my doctor told me to stop the Lipitor because my liver is "not happy". Since being on the drug, I have experienced lower cholesterol. BUT I have also had irregular heartbeat, weight gain especially abdominal, blood in my urine that the urologist can find no reason for, swollen hands and fingers, feet feel sore and hot but look normal, rashes on my arms, weakness in knees, and pain in my right side. At this time, I think it is the worst drug I've ever used. I've just had my blood drawn and was found to be overmedicated, which has very serious side effects. I do not feel that my doctor was very concerned and he did not even see me for this. I was seen by the lab and his nurse only for lab tests and vitals. I left the office. Results for my thyroid panel were called to me the same afternoon. I was told to not take any more Levoxyl until Monday (this is Friday) and then take a half tablet.... View full comment

my eyes are more blurry, concentration out the window, my art work looks like a grade one student, take tyl. ex. strength for my back pain, I go all weird like i'm dizzy but i'm not. maybe my body is getting used to the drug, I've only been on it for three weeks, but I do not like the experiances I'm getting from this drug. I guess I'll have to get used of this drug interactions. Thanks for letting me vent my feelings. I'ts been so frustrating , never been through this before.
