I tried Seasonique once I started being sexuially active again. The first month I developed a yeast infection, which is normal for me when I begin a new BC,then after 4 weeks I began spotting and breakthrough bleeding and this lasted for 2mths, finally I spoke to my OBGYN(who is a wonderful and amazing doctor) and he suggested that I stop that pack and start a new one(which he provided). I think it works but I also can't belive that it does not cause a die off reaction. Even if the toxins aren't released when the yeast die your immune system still has to clean up all the dead yeast bodies. This can cause fatigue and other die-off symptoms. I think it is false advertising that they claim there are no die off symptoms. Perhaps they are less severe than other anti-fungals, but they do exist, in my experience. http://www.enzymestuff.com/rtdieoff.htm

Claritin-D 24hr worked great for my allergies. I took is for years, then started to have heart problems. The culprit Claritin-D. I still continue to have heart problems after being taken off the medication, it caused damage to my heart that willNEVER go away . I'm a 26yr old female who's life will forever be changed for the worse because of this. Please keep an eye on your blood pressure and heart rate while taking Claritin-D
