I take it whenever I have cramps from my period and it takes away the pain in about 20-30 minutes! I feel better after taking it because I have no pain and I can concentrate more on what I'm doing rather than how I am feeling.

I'm on my second pack of LoSeasonique and I've still been having a monthly period, except it's lighter but about two days longer. I'm almost finished with this pack and the bleeding is just now starting to show signs of stopping (it's much lighter and just spotting). I called my doctor and she's switching me to the regular Seasonique, but I'm only going to give it one pack and if things don't get better, I'm going to see about switching completely. I was put on Ortho Tri-Cyclen as an attempt to regulate my menstrual cycle and hopefully to help lessen the intense, almost debilitating cramps I experienced every month. It helped with no side effects for me, and also had the added benefit of clearing up my acne, which I hadn't expected.

You have to start easy with Zyflamend. One a day for a few days. There is nothing in this supplement to warrant stomach pain unless people are misusing. More is not better in this case. This is a very good supplement. Maybe people need to check other supplements for "duplication".
