Hi Kumar, There are some great ayurvedic (indian medicine) herbs for blood pressure that DON'T have side effects. Amla is a good one to start with, but tripaila is good too. You might want to check with any ayurvedic doctor. There should be some in Singapore, check the auyervedic section of this site. It improved my breathing with only using one puff per day and lasts over 24 hrs. I have had many side effects which I did not before attribute to it but now believe have only occured since taking it for almost a year. So far so good. It is a very easy drug to take. Doesnt cause any nausea/vomiting for me. I like the fact that I have to take it well before eating anything for the day and that I have to take it with a lot of water. This helps me take in a lot of water in the beginning of the day. I dislike that I have to take this for the rest of my life or else my symptoms would come back. But then again, of all drugs, this one is very mild and I have not had any adverse reactions since taking it. So better... View full comment

Although I did not experiance a lot of side effects my doctor advised me of blurred vision to problems with kidneys. Drink a lot!

Amoxicillin

I would recommend this because it was very helpful with relieving my sinus pressure and migranes. It started working almost instantly and was a huge help with my daily life. It has a great taste, which makes it much easier to take as need, it isn't a dreaded experience. I was satisfied with the results.

I take advil whenever I have a pain that isn't too intense. I've taken it for earaches and it lasts all day but doesn't completely take all the all the pain away unless I take two. This still is the pain killer I take most.
