Since taking Esipram my emotions have levelled out and the rollercoaster ride has levelled too. I still get bouts of a downer but nothing to the extent of before. I know when I am starting to sink because I get extremely tired during the day but it only lasts a couple of days now, so I know what to expect. I can also watch sad or emotional movies without getting teary but still have a level of feelings, so haven't become a cold, hard person.

Benadryl is great also with the itching you get the next couple days after your sunburn. It is the antihistamine that helps. Also, benadryl is great for poison ivy. The diphenhydramine helps me sleep at night and the antihistamine helps clear the poison ivy up from the inside out. Great product!

This product makes me nausious , fatigue is serious. I feel horrible after taking it. Doctors will not consider an side affects from this product and will not even consider changing it. I feel like I have the flu all the time. Which is difficult as I have fibromyalgia. Another illness which doctors will not recognize.

I have been using Gymnema as part of a herbal tablet (along with chromium, B12, Glucomannan, etc) for a few months and took it twice per day. It gave me better numbers but not as good as I would like, and some consistency in my readings. Recently I changed to a capsule - hard as heck to swallow - that is a higher dosage. I switched to Darvocet after my Hydrocodine left me feeling too sick for the amount of pain relief I received. The Darvocet worked much better, but since I have a high tolerance to pain medication, a high dosage still was not very effective
