I had a bad experience with Nuva-Ring. I had originally been on the Depo-Provera shot for about 4 years before I decided to try something else. I researched and talked to my doctor, and decided to try Nuva-Ring. You should try taking a non-drowsy allergy medication during the day, such as Claritin, Zyrtec or Allegra. Save the Benadryl for the night time, before you got to bed. You could also try a decongestant that contains pseudoephedrine...it works by constricting the inflamed blood vessels in your nasal passages that is causing the congestion. Good luck.

Although it has some bad side effects, I feel more normal when I take it. I used to be a very outgoing motivated person when I was younger and over the years suffered from severe post traumatic stress and bipolar disorder. Adderall gives me my energy and confidence back. My doctor took me off Adderall about 2 months ago and I have been a wreck ever since.
