It got me out of a severe depressive episode, for which I am grateful. However, I still experience bouts of depression, often in the afternoon. So it is likely not a long term solution for me. Since going on Aromasin, I have to take laxatives 2x per week. I was taking Amitriptyline for fibromyalgia but had to go to a much higher dose for the pain and insomnia. Then I started getting side affects because the dose was too high. Dr. put me on a couple of other meds that help with the pain and sleep, but I don't think it will get any better until I stop taking the Aromasin.

I also had positive results in the first four days. Anxiety was controlled and I had a sense of well being. I am now in the fifth month and am continuing to see a huge improvement in both my mood and temperament. During the second week I did experience blurred vision and slight occasional dull morning headaches. I really like Wellbutrin XL. It’s me alert and it has improved my thinking. The one thing I don’t like about it is that it cannot be taken at night. Overall, works well for me.
