The first two weeks were horrible. I couldnt sleep and extreme nausia. after the two weeks it gets 90% better. Personally I did not want to get on this in the first place because it is for weak people that cant deal with life, but it made me feel better. I no longer take it though in fear of addiction. If i cant handle life now when can I?

I agree with Eammon that when I first started Amisulpride it was like a dream, but as I continued to take it my side effects have increased at an alarming rate. I sleep less than 7 hours each night, I am restless, agitated, have high blood pressure, frequently urinate during the night, unable to concentrate, poor memory, more manic, etc. I was on olanzapine , which was making me too drowsy and the weight gain was worse. I’ve been on seasonique for a year and a half and I have loved the fact that I only get my period 4 times a year. My sex drive has not changed, and I have not had any dryness that others have reported, or moodiness. I’m only insanely moody when I’m on my period, but I’ve always been like that. I switched from Arimidex to Aromasin because of extreme joint pain. During the first three years on Aromasin, I suffered from hot flashes and insomnia. The last two years the hot flashes are only occasional and the insomnia is a little better. I get tired easily, but considering the benefits against breast cancer, I can put up with it.
