prilosec otc worked fairly well for me. i'm not having stomach pains & heartburn as i was before. the only things i really noticed are i take the pill in the morning everyday. by the time it is the next morning, i feel the pain again until i take the pill. i'm hoping after the 14 day treatment that this does not occur because i will not be able to take the pills anymore. it is my 7th day on the pill & i've expierienced a piercing, stabbing headache in the back of my head & behind... The main thing I did not like about Lyrica is that it really affected my memory which is horrible in the working world. It also left me tired, sort of hungover most of the time. I feel the side effects far outweight the benefits of Lyrica for me. I recently stopped taking it and I can focus so much better now.
