I had a bad experience with Nuva-Ring. I had originally been on the Depo-Provera shot for about 4 years before I decided to try something else. I have been taking this as needed for years and have never really had a problem. In fact, as one poster said, I actually had really interesting, vivid dreams when I took it. However, I've lately been getting severe restless arms/legs. It came on suddenly, perhaps because I was using Advil PM too much, and is so severe I can't lie in bed, let alone sleep.

Well i've only been taking it for a month and I have had my period for about 2 weeks now. I started it 2 weeks before i was supposed to. I usually only have cramps one day but I've had them for a week straight. I'm giving it another month to even let it even out.
