My nose began to hurt he second day and on the third day I had to stop taking Zicam nasal spray. I admit I used the spray more frequently than was recommended on the instruction sheet. And it was really amazing at ending my cold symptoms. After that (6 months ago), I got sick again, and this time used the tablets. They worked welll too.

I went from a healthy weight of 140 (normal for my size) to 180 in less than 2 months. It came from nowhere, no changes in diet were made to have effected the weight gain. I'm not sure if Benicar is causing the problem, but not long after upping my dosage to 40.25, I started having pain in my right hip, now limping and can't walk far. If Benicar is cause, can't get off of it quick enough.

I had an ingrown toe nail on my big toe on my foot, and the doctor said I had a bacterial infection. He then prescribed Cephalexin and to soak it in salt; my toe was better within a month!

Started out with 50mg 2x daily for a week, with no improvement. 2nd week took 75mg 2x daily with some good improvement in numbness/tingling. Third wee took 100mg 2xdaily and was so dizzy, could not walk in straight line. Had to hold on to the wall to walk. Only took 3 doses and had to stop. Went back to 50mg till I can get off it. Ataivan works better but does cause some drowziness.
