When I was diagnosed with UC in December 09 and was prescribed Asacol and a restricted diet, it took a while to get back on my feet and normal again. I was afraid to start eating again, but slowly starting putting foods back in. There are some I can never eat again, but that's okay. My weight returned and I am stronger and healthier than before. I don't like the "thinning/lossing" hair, but I manage.

I have been taking Allegra-D for quite some time. Over the past 5 years, I have had increasingly painful menstrual cramps to the point where it affects bowel movements. I recently did some research and found that Allegra-D can be a cause for menstrual cramps. I stopped taking Allegra-D and the menstrual cramping and painful bowel movements have gone back to normal. It's my favorite! Non-addictive, no side effects and it always makes me feel better the longer I'm on it. It's the best anti-depressant, anxiety help I could ever think of. Plus, I think it made me lose extra weight. I like NOW brand, not very expensive. It has gotten me through the last two winters with minimal seasonal affective disorder symptoms.

Androgel has reduced (to almost eliminated)---the "low level" blues I've been experiencing. However, since I started it (along side another drug)--I've had *EXTREME* fatigue. (to the point of sleeping 24-48 hours STRAIGHT--with only waking up for bathroom breaks). A Drug Rep suggested I up my dosage, I'm waiting to see the Doctor to do this. well before i started this method of birth control i was taking the depo and i gain about 20 pounds,now that i have gotten off that and tried junel method i haven't had any side effects yet and i've been on it for three months now,but by reading everyones comments makes me scared,but so far i like it
