I constantly have pain in my stomach, as well as burning sensation too! I have had stomach pain for a long time, and the KCL I take seems just to worsen it. And it is especially painful when I eat some kind of foods.

I started on 5 grams two weeks ago and I could tell it was working. However, late in the day I could feel it wearing off. When I would take the 5 grams in the morning it helped with my libido and firmness but by the next morning it would wear off. My doctor increased the dose to 10 grams a day and I just started that. I find the withdrawal symptoms quite severe; a few years ago my doctor wanted to start me on something else but wanted to get me off Effexor first; within 2 days my sleep patterns were very disrupted with vivid dreams and restlessness, by the 4th day my body was shaking - almost spasmodic. I went back on the Effexor, but find that even one missed or delayed dose causes a hightened dream state, my mind starts to race and I don't sleep well at all. I fear going off it, but hate the dependency.

At first I had difficulty with Procardia XL because it made my feet swell and turn an unnatural shade of bright pink. However, I knew that was a common side effect so I kept taking it. I saw a great improvement in the circulation to my hands and feet which helped me overlook some of the problems it caused like bloating and constipation. I am very disappointed with Gelnique. Doesn't give me any relief. Will go back to taking Oxybunin Chloride Tablets. They don't work perfectly but much better than Detrol or Toviaz which don't work at all. I have suffered from Urge Incontinence all my life and it is a most frustrating, embarassing condition. And it is $69.00 after my prescription insurance pays. Tablets are much cheaper but more dry mouth and other side effects.
