I would recommend this because it was very helpful with relieving my sinus pressure and migranes. It started working almost instantly and was a huge help with my daily life. I was constantly complaining about pain in my arthritis knuckles, hands and knees sister said here try this (Penetrex) my husband swears by it i said no, I have tried "Australian Dream" and it did not work and it was a rip off again she insisted that I try Penetrex next morning she inquired about my arthritis-- I said you know I forgot about my knuckles because they don't hurt !! PENETREX WORKS !! YEA!!

I had nausea and vomiting the first 2 months of taking it, but they completely went away after that. Other pills caused bleeding between my periods, but I had no spotting at all with Microgestin.

Hi Aunt Fifi -- Can't help you on these capsules, but my friend who has type 2 diabetes went on a raw diet after watching Raw for 30 Days, about regular people who tried a 100% raw diet to beat diabetes, with huge success. I have thinning neck discs causing pressure on a nerve and spinal cord and the pain in my arm was unbearable -I was crying at times with it. Lyrica at 600 mg a day (with Tramadol ) has allieviated this but I have had slight vision problems at some times and absolutely no Libido!
