Your situation appears similar to mine. I had been taking Avapro (AKA Irbesartan) 150mg 2x daily which was doing the job. Then my drug insurer refused to cover it. Losartan was suggested as an alternative so I began that. I was on 50mg 2x daily which seemed to work; that was in 2012. I moved to a new state in 2012 and changed doctors. Well, my mood is better. I can get to sleep without every bad thing that has happened in the past 20 years going through my head. Have energy to get up and do things. Overall this stuff is great, except my sex life has gone to hell. I can get an erection, but it does n't progress any farther along, doesn't feel any better than peeing and no climax. But hell, at least I'm not depressed about it. really.

I took this for my basic daily vitamin fix : ) have been taking it for about 5 years now, only one a day, and feel great when i take it, appetite is great, full of energy and feel more alert. Once i stop taking it, i feel droopy and slow, very down.

Retin A completely dried out my skin to the point where I didn't even want to use it. The skin around my eyes was dry and red and it hurt to even blink. I was only prescribed to use it every other day and i could only use it two or three times a week because my face would hurt so bad. I got red, peeling, and the dry skin. Nothing helped. I stayed on it to see if anything would get better (since i was told it would go from worse to better) and nothing happened. I wasn't happy with this.

I have been off of this birth control for about 4 months. A couple of weeks ago I noticed my hair on the top/front of my head begin to thin. Recently it has become very thin. In certain lights you can clearly see my scalp. After reading quite a few articles on the internet I am starting to think my discontinuation of Ortho Tri Cyclen could be the reason. I have become extremely depressed over my thinning hair. I am afraid it will continue to get worse until I am entirely bald!
