Adjusting to the side effects was very difficult for the first year and a half but the worse symptoms (diarrhea and fatigu. ) have abated a lot in the past year . The drug is completely controlling my disease, CML and I am very happy with it.

I was 17 weeks pregnant when I had a shingles outbreak. This was my second instance of a shingles outbreak, but first time using Valtrex. The last time I had a shingles outbreak was at age 7 (20+ years ago). I was in pain and worried about my pregnancy. I really appreciate this drug, and the effect it has on my blood pressure. It works really fast, and I can feel the change. It also releases my headache when I use it, and sometimes I even forget to take it in the morning, but it has no noticeable side effects for that. I would recommentd this drug to anyone.

I have been using Depo-Provera for about 5 years, and the experience for me has had pros and cons. While growing up I had very painful periods, and one year when I went in for an annual checkup the doctor had discovered a cyst on my ovary. The nurse said that the cyst could have been contributing to the pain I was having. They said if I continued having periods regularly that the cyst could continue to grow.
