I am taking Moringa to help with calcium uptake as I cannot take dairy products (lactose intolerance) or elemental calcium due to family history of cardiac disease and arterial sclerosis. I just take this vitamin because my doctor told me to take it for my arthritis as a Calcium supplement. I dont get any side effects or anything since it is a vitamin.

Without it on a daily basis, I will develop hives. If I am consistent, hives will not appear. The only draw back is having to see a doctor to refill the prescription as there is not an over the counter drug that emulates it.

I just started this med, but my mood and thinking are noticeably improved. I've noticed a tendency to be overconfident (typically quite rare for me) and then regret actions taken. I have no idea what the impact on my weight will be, though I'm concerned as my taste in foods is changing. The shakes are annoying.
