I think Claritin-D 24-hour helped most of my symptoms but not all. It definitely alleviated my sinus symptoms, but it neither helped my dry, itchy eyes nor my sore, irritated throat. Throughout the years I have tried numerous allergy medications, and for OTC meds, Claritin- D 24-hour is the best that I have found. I wouldnt say much about the Isoniazid, because it was prescribed to me for symptoms of TB exposure, it is not that I was sick and now doing treatment, My doctor said it would be better to treat what could be come out to be TB.

I am taking N-plate for over twp months now and have no side effects at all. My platelet counts are now steady to 50-70. 000 I cannot complain, I prefer it from prednisone treatment or a splenectomy.
