When you are in intense pain-as I was you would do anything- If they had said they could cut my arm off I would have said yes please.This drug DID work for me- I was taking 600MG a day!! Didnt realise what a massive dose this was- It was brilliant for pain control but they dont tell you about withdrawral symptoms. I was hospitalized for a week in February with suicidal depression. I started taking Sertraline Hydrochloride on April 10th and I am a new woman. My depression is non-existent and I am the happiest I have ever been. This medication worked for me. I have had nothing great things to say about it. I took Paxil in the past and the side effects I had were weight gain and bad withdrawals when I missed a dose. I've not experienced that with Sertraline Hydrochloride.
