I have no know side effects, I sleep less (I love to sleep so thats bad for me) meaning usually I sleep during the day endlessly, now the day ends and I didnt remember to sleep. My appitite is the same, I dont over eat, but my monthly cycle is less, I can stand the cold more, I am alert and awake while driving to work and back home, I seem to be health with my blood count because I am not weak and hungry anymore. I used Zicam a lot whenever I started to feel sick, and I think it worked (it can be hard to tell because the cold was only developing, but it never got any worse). Unfortunately, I used the Zicam Q-tips as well and lost some of my sense of smell. Now I do not enjoy food as much because I cannot taste it.

Prozac made me emotionally numb and killed my sex life. In the long run, I don't think it's an ideal treatment for depression because you don't feel anything, even when you should.
