I took this medication a while back because I had a very upset stomach and the taste was horrible, I almost threw up and it made my stomach feel worse. So since then I havent taken this medication.

Solodyn has been and still is terrible to me the last two weeks. I only took it 3weeks. I was not taking any other meds. No one could tell me why i was sick. 3 different doctors so many test. fever,chills,sweats,enlarged liver,fatigue, not eating, terrible itchy rashes. I've had insomnia on and off for most of my life, the worst was when I didn't sleep for three weeks (unbelievable, right?) This product worked really well for me for a couple weeks, but I get immune to things quickly (like melatonin, everything else). My insomnia is better overall (actually because I am no longer dehydrated - separate symptom), but whenever I am feeling anxious and worried about sleep for a night, I take one of these and can be pretty confident that it will help.
