Ugh. Within 2 months I had gained almost 10 pounds, felt bloated most of the time, experienced moderate menstrual cramps (I don't usually get them) and started getting migraines the first full day of my period. epazote can be found at the Korean farmers market $0.99 a pack fresh. Since I don't like the smell of it, I make the tea with a few fresh leaves and make coffee with the tea. It has help a lot with my arthritis and asthma.

When I had appendicitis, I was prescribed Extra strength tylenol for pain which gave me rapid pain relief which is what I really needed. However, it did make me very sleepy.
