I thought it was the heat dehydrating me, humid weather causing arthritis flare-ups, menopause symptoms coming back, all at once. And maybe even something wrong with my thyroid medicine (a bad batch or needing a dosage increase) But symptom got worse when we went away from the heat on vacation.Towards end of our vacation my husband insisted I stop taking it and I immediately began to feel better. I take Oatstraw and milky tops as a strong infusion ( 1 cup dried herb per liter boiling water, infused for 4 hours) I will drink the liter of infusion throughout the day. By infusing the herb in water for several hours, you extract all the wonderful vitamins and minerals that are essential to a healthy nervous system that standard 5-10 min infusions and tinctures or pills do not extract.

I was very happy with Yasmin, until I started having full-body numbness. I went to several doctors who ruled out thyroid problems, not enough B-12 or Iron, and nervous system problems. Then I read up on numbness being a symptom, asked my doctor about it and she changed me over to Sprintec until I figure out what birth control I want to go on long-term.

Tussionex sucks in comparison to the hydrocodone/guaifenesin combo products taken off the market. It's time release properties are crap, it doesn't work. The antitussive properties of the hydrocodone component are far less apparent than in previous formulas. Also, very expensive.
