I take Oatstraw and milky tops as a strong infusion ( 1 cup dried herb per liter boiling water, infused for 4 hours) I will drink the liter of infusion throughout the day. By infusing the herb in water for several hours, you extract all the wonderful vitamins and minerals that are essential to a healthy nervous system that standard 5-10 min infusions and tinctures or pills do not extract.

My daughter has received the Gardasil shots and on her last shot she became dizzy, started shaking and shaking really bad. The first few nights that I applied Erycette, also known as Ery 2% Pads, my skin started feeling smoother and less oily.
