It’s the best ADHD medication I have ever taken! It works so well for me and I have the best concentration. It works for about 4 hours at a time and during that time I can pay attention 100%. It has been such a blessing for me! I went from getting C’s to getting As and Bs.

This is my second round of Isotretinoin. The first time the results lasted for about 3 1/2 years before I started having bouts of cystic acne again (definitely related to stress). The first time I was on it I had a lot of joint and muscle pain but I have not experienced that this time around. This time in addition to the normal dry skin, lips, and increased thirst, I have dry eyes and a dry nose that bleeds frequently if I do not use the nasal gel to moisten it. Not sure, but I think it causes some paranoia sometimes, though I do not have any visual or auditory hallucinations, and have never been diagnosed with any mental issues. I find as the length of time increases for me being on Vicodin, I find myself sometimes suffering from frequent paranoia, even though I have not increase the dosage my doctor prescribed. i have no energy if i dont take it exactly at the same time everyday - i start to get angry, irritated, emotional... i start to feel rage - i cant control it. it gets worse and worse the longer i forget... i usually snap on my boss or break up with my boyfriend for no reason if i forget to take it in a 24 or 48 hour period.

Osteoporosis of the jaw is not nearly as rare in patients taking Fosomax. That's why there have been several class action lawsuits against the drug. Keep in mind this drug is basically killing your bones, by destroying the bones ability to remove old bone marrow.
