Vyvanse is the only drug I've taken since I was diagnosed with ADD. I'm 47, so I can tell you it's not just for children. It really works, too. If anything, I have to be more careful with prioritizing my tasks, because with Vyvanse, it's easy to hyperfocus on whatever is in front of me. The drug lasts at least 8 hours. I find that Avil is a great pain reliever when my ankle is swoleen and in pain from the surgury that I had in October. I only take it as needed for pain and find that when I do take it; it is very effective

Once a month I have experienced in both eyes what my eye doctor calls a migraine with aura without any pain. It is like small fans turning in my peripheral vision, but my center vision is clear. This will last 15 to 20 minutes. I am 73 years old and am taking OMEPRAZOLE. Two months ago I stopped taking Omeprazole for six weeks. The vision problem also stopped. When I resumed taking Omeprazole the vision problem returned. Has anyone had a similar problem?

I have been off of this birth control for about 4 months. A couple of weeks ago I noticed my hair on the top/front of my head begin to thin. Recently it has become very thin. In certain lights you can clearly see my scalp. After reading quite a few articles on the internet I am starting to think my discontinuation of Ortho Tri Cyclen could be the reason. I have become extremely depressed over my thinning hair. I am afraid it will continue to get worse until I am entirely bald!

At first it really helped with lowering my cholesterol but as time went on, i began to have really bad pains in my arms. when i stopped taking it, i couldnt even move it was so bad.

At first I experienced negative side effects from Vyvanse including dry mouth, diarrhea, loss of interest in social activities, irritability, sleep disruption, complete loss of appetite, and anxiety. The sleep disruption, dry mouth, and anxiety decreased with prolonged useage. I've taken other statin drugs for many years and slowly drifted into the severe side affects w/o knowing it. I lived through the side affects, thinking it was an age thing. The doctor never asked about some of the severe side affects so I didn't link them together until I read an article.
