After I started taking Mesalazine together with Decortine ,the condition became better.I finished the therapy and after a few days the colitis has come back,complete remission of the decease. Now the situation is the worst.I am taking 3000 mg mesalazine per day.I have very strong abdominal pain,bloody diarrhea all the time,heartbeat,muscle cramping,gas etc. I am afraid that the Mesalazine does not doing its function and in my case I think that the side effects has been taking in action.

I was diagnosed with a stomach virus and was prescribed this by my doctor. So far, I have had no real complaints besides the slight dizziness and the pain in the stomach. It helped my nausea, but I wouldn't go so far as to say it really worked that well overall.

What was interesting about the drug was how dry it made my skin. My lips were so dry, chapped and red. They always peeled, and my skin seemed so much more dry. Accutane has cured any previous acne I had on my chest and back. From time to time I get a pimple or two, but this is recent. A year after accutane, I was still getting nasty breakouts.

I have had normal blood pressure, top number in the 120's-130's, bottom # in the 70's, all of my life, and now that I have been on Yaz for a year my numbers have absolutely skyrocketed. Now I'm getting readings anywhere from the 140's over 80's all the way up to the 190's over 90's! Nothing else has changed, no weight gain, no other drugs or medical condition that could explain the sudden rise. Cymbalta was the -worst- experience I've ever had with mental health medicine. I've suffered from depression for 12 years and tried many medications but Cymbalta, by far, has the -worst- side effects to any drug I've ever tried. Granted the pharmacy made a mistake, but the mistake was in my favor! They gave me half the dosage they were supposed to (which was 30mg of Cymbalta) which was the appropriate dosage. Took this medication to stop my preterm labor; it was AWEFUL. ALthough it worked wonderful and stopped the contractions quicky, the side effects were horrible for me. I also suffer from Anxiety so that may have intensified the side effects.
