You need to report the muscle pain, you could get permanent muscle damage with cholesterol meds, I myself would not take it if you have muscle pain, this could indicate that it maybe is starting to damage your muscles and joints. I have tried five different statin drugs like baycol, zorcor and crestor....etc and they make me hurt all over, just got niaspan last night and didn't sleep and woke up lightheaded and had heart palpatations, probably won't take this either!!!! I wouldnt say much about the Isoniazid, because it was prescribed to me for symptoms of TB exposure, it is not that I was sick and now doing treatment, My doctor said it would be better to treat what could be come out to be TB.

Lyrica has given me my life back. My fibromyalgia pain had gotten so bad my flare ups were back to back. I had read horrible things about the side effects of Lyrica and was afraid to try it, until I finally felt as if I had nothing to lose. The pain was gone almost immediately. I take one 50mg pill in the morning and 2 50mg at night so I am not on the highest dose. I take the drug as prescribed other than when I have bouts of sleeplessness or twitchiness at night. When this happens I stop taking the medication for a few days/weeks to reduce it in my system and then start it again.
