No negative effects at all, only good for treating acne rosecea. Had suffered fom this condition without knowing and seeking medical advice for two years with horrendous breakouts of spots,blisters and patches of inflamed skin. I'm no longer taking Lipitor, thank God. After a year of testing and doctor visits it was discovered that I was having side effects from Lipitor. I had been complaining of muscle ache and weakness, shortness of breath, fatigue, blurry vision and tremors for a year, but no one would listen.
