Mucinex works really well when you drink enough water. When you don't hydrate enough, it doesn't work at all, and it makes you very dehydrated. This causes dizziness, dryness, and headache.

I take low-ogestrel for birth control. Previously I was on NuvaRing, which I really liked and recommend. However, I was travelling in hot climates and NuvaRing needs to remain cool and I could not always keep it refrigerated, so I had to switch to low-ogestrel. I did not have any side effects with NuvaRing (skin complexion improved) and effects with low-ogestrel have been minor, but I don't like that I have to remember it everyday, because I don't.

I was on the NuvaRing for 4 years and I loved it. Little to no cramps, 2-3 day light periods. Everything was great. Suddenly I started getting yeast infections. The first one was the last week before my period. It went away when I had my period, but came back three days after I put in a new ring. And lasted for 2 weeks. Not bringing down the sugars as aggressively as I would like. I noticed that my neuropathy has increased with the use of the drug. The tips of my toes and thumbs are number than normal while on this drug.

I was a baseball pitcher back in high school and a ball got hit back up the middle and off of my face. It broke 3 bones and the pain was undescribable. I could not get surgery done for a week and I was perscribed percocet for the week before and the week after my surgery. Even though it made me tired, it worked tremendously.
