I take Oatstraw and milky tops as a strong infusion ( 1 cup dried herb per liter boiling water, infused for 4 hours) I will drink the liter of infusion throughout the day. I have no know side effects, I sleep less (I love to sleep so thats bad for me) meaning usually I sleep during the day endlessly, now the day ends and I didnt remember to sleep. My appitite is the same, I dont over eat, but my monthly cycle is less, I can stand the cold more, I am alert and awake while driving to work and back home, I seem to be health with my blood count because I am not weak and hungry anymore. Sudafed relieved all the symptoms I had from a head cold. I had felt so much sinus pressure and sudafed completely got rid of it. However, I recommend you use "non drowsy" as any other form will completely knock you out! It gets the job done and doesn't let you do anything else.,
