I am 43 and after 21 years without seeing a physician, my family convinced me to see a doctor after I started suffering from depression. After the exam and bloodwork, my bp was 130\70 and all blood levels were normal. My doctor prescribed Wellbutrin and scheduled a follow up visit in 3 weeks. I've been taking vitamin C for over 10 years now. I am now 20 years old. It works in keeping me healthy and preventing a cold. I don't like the way it tastes because it tastes really bitter. I usually take it with orange juice, not water because it tastes so bad.

I used Tolperisone as an alternative to Limptar in preventing leg muscle cramps. Tolperisone had the additional benefit of allowing me to do some creative re- search, realizing that both exercise and coffee would be necessary to keep my brain and body functioning for more than about 30 minutes. This pil is horrible! Dizziness, depression, anxiety attacks, sex drive is non exsistant, can't eat, nauseous, diaharra, constipation, high blood pressure, tired all the time. Would not recomend. I was on it mroe than 6 months.
