I have been taking 2 mg xanax for over ten years. I stop taking it every once in a while after reading negative effects . It helps me with my constipation. I do have a hard time when trying to get off of it. I experience nausea, and become quite ill for about 4 days. I do not know if I should stay on it or not . I would like to know if there is any long term effects on being on it for an extended length of time.

Everytime I get a headache, I take tylenol after eating a meal. Usually it takes about 3 hours for me to feel Tylenol's effect, in that my headache reduces. But I start feeling drowsy and sleepy, which sometimes prevents me from taking Tylenol on nights I have to stay awake to do work.

I have been very please with Humira. When I was diagnosed with RA and PSA, I wasn't sure I could ever get relief. I was wrong. Within 2 weeks my Psoriasis cleared completely and the pain, swelling, and fatigue lifted shortly thereafter. I have to admit, it is not a pleasure to always know I have to give myself the shot, but the relief I get outweighs the fear. I actually have a life back. Sometimes my throat gets coated in mucus, but I feel that is a result of my cold and not the medication. I am really satisfied with Mucinex. It is the only thing that really takes care of my cough.

Ive been on this medication ever since I got diabetes, it has never given me any problems. I take 30 units in the morning and 15 units in the afternoon. And I have no complaints with this insulin shot.
