User Comments about Zomig
11 Aug 2011 I was hospitalized after my pulse went through the roof when I took Zomig. It was attributed to an allergic reaction, so unfortunately this triptan is no long available to me (I still take Maxalt and Imitrex). However, my dad takes Zomig regularly and does quite well with it when he combines it with a painkiller.

27 Jun 2010 I have struggled with horrendous and debilitating migraines since I was 5 years old where nothing I tried would help to relieve them. I am now 21 years old and have been using Zomig for at least 5 years since I was first perscribed it. I love Zomig it is seriously the only medication I have been able to find to cure my migraines and as long as I take it when I first feel the migraine coming on the relief is quick. The only thing I would change about the medication is to increase the amount of tablets given in each perscription and to decrease the price. Although, usually the 9 tablets is enough for a month and I would continue to pay the price because it is definately worth it!

19 Mar 2009 Very effective at shutting down a migraine. The earlier in the development of the migraine the lower the dose I need to take. However.... over the last few years I have developed "chronic" or daily migraines and I think Zomig could be the cause. Have apt to see specialist to evaluate.

25 Feb 2009 I was on Imitrex for many years and went through horrible after affects. With Zomig I have some but not nearly as horrid as with Imitrex. I take 5 mg. with Vicodin. I would recommend anyone to try Zomig if you have migraines.
